this is so sad but accurate. like, you can say to someone with an eating disorder “you’re not fat,” or “you’re so skinny,” or “i wish i had your body,” etc. but they’ll never believe it because no matter how much you say it they still see themself as fat and overweight. it’s sad, because this is what they actually see.

sad thing is that the girl in the mirror isnt actually fat.
